Blogger Arielle Charnas will create a capsule collection for Nordstrom

Published
Aug 29, 2017

The Something Navy blogger will create a capsule collection for Nordstrom’s in-house brand Treasure & Bond, set to launch at Nordstrom stores and online in September.

Instagram: Something Navy

Arielle Charnas commands 1 million followers on her Instagram account, where she posts images of her outfits and promotes other brands, but now the blogger will create her own line of apparel and accessories. Her Something Navy X Treasure & Bond capsule collection will include 30 pieces, with a mix of t-shirts, jackets, shoes and more. Prices will range from $49 for a t-shirt to $169 for a pair of boots.

In developing her own line, Charnas joins other successful bloggers and influencers like Emily Weiss of Glossier, and Gabi Gregg and Nicolette Mason of the newly launched Premme who have parlayed their considerable online followings into a brand.

Charnas began her Something Navy blog in 2009 as a style blog and has since used her influence to act as an ambassador for brands such as First Aid Beauty. She says many of the pieces in her Nordstrom line were inspired by designer pieces she has featured on her blog, but with a more accessible price point. The line will also include sizes XXS to XXL.

The Something Navy X Treasure & Bond line will be available at 52 Nordstrom locations and online starting September 25.
