Lindex's new autumn campaign stars plus-size models

Scandinavian fashion brand Lindex is celebrating the launch of plus sizes with a new autumn campaign featuring plus-size models Ashley Graham and Candice Huffine.

The campaign marks a new phase for the brand, which decided to discontinue its dedicated plus size Generous collection and add instead larger sizes to its fashion ranges, including the Everyday, Contemporary and Holly & Whyte lines.

“We want women of all sizes to feel included and that they can buy items from all our fashion concepts. This change will make our collections more inspiring and accessible to more customers. We have already received positive response from our customers, which is clear proof that our initiative is appreciated,” says Annika Hedin, Lindex Head of Design.

Ashley Graham and Candice Huffine are joined in the campaign by supermodels Alek Wek, Toni Garrn and Cora Emmanuel, with each woman presenting an essential piece for the new season.

“I think it’s fantastic that Lindex is including larger sizes in their collections. It was an incredibly powerful shoot because of the diversity of women chosen for the campaign; there was so much girl power on set”, Ashley Graham commented on the shoot.

The ad campaign will launch in stores and on lindex.com on September 22.
