Moda Operandi launches Prada footwear capsule collection

Moda Operandi launched on Friday its first footwear capsule collection with Prada. The collection follows the online luxury retailer’s collaborations with Christian Louboutin and M2Malletier this year.

The 20-piece collection draws inspiration from Prada’s kitten heel, and is comprised of sling-back heels and styles that are modeled from Prada’s spring 2018 collection. Details include yellow and black bows, feminine colors such like blush pink, and exotic crocodile materials.

“Prada holds a unique place in the world of women's footwear, and we were delighted to collaborate with them on this collection,” said Moda Operandi CEO Deborah Nicodemus. “Launching this is a milestone for Moda Operandi, and we look forward to our continued partnership with the brand."

Prada also dabbled in partnership collections this year. The Italian company released an exclusive capsule collection at Saks Fifth Avenue in March and with Mytheresa in July.

The new Prada footwear collection for Moda Operandi starts at $940.
