Gianni Pieraccioni, Revlon's Chief Operating Officer of Markets and of Revlon Consumer Products Corporation, Revlon's wholly owned operating subsidiary, stepped down from his role on October 23 to pursue other interests.

Revlon's brief announcement was made in a mandatory SEC filing. In it, Revlon said the company and Pieraccioni have "agreed to terminate his employment agreement and they are continuing to discuss the terms of his separation arrangements."

Pieraccioni had been in his current role as COO, Markets for Revlon and Elizabeth Arden for the previous ten months. He joined Revlon in New York in 2014 as EVP and Global President where he led global general management of the consumer products division of Revlon. In March of 2016, he became Revlon's COO.

Prior to joining Revlon, Pieraccioni worked for Alitalia. He has executive and senior management experience at Johnson & Johnson in Italy, Pepsi-Cola in Latin America, Spain and the Mediterranean, and Proctor & Gamble in Italy.

Pieraccioni has not yet announced his next move. Revlon is currently working with him to finalize the terms of the separation which was made effective immediately.
