Saint Laurent signs up Kaia Gerber for fall 2018 campaign

The French fashion house has unveiled a series of images from its fall 2018 campaign, featuring fashion's hottest model-of-the-moment, Kaia Gerber. The new catwalk queen models this season's essentials, channeling rock, chic and 1980s inspirations.

She may only be 16 years old, but Cindy Crawford's daughter is already fashion's hottest property, picking and choosing a modeling career with the world's most prestigious luxury labels. After being signed up by Versace, Calvin Klein, Chanel, Alexander Wang and Marc Jacobs Beauty, the runway star now features in the latest advertising campaign from Saint Laurent.

Shot in black and white by renowned photographer David Sims, the fall 2018 campaign may be slightly less sexy than usual, but loses nothing of its striking rock 'n' roll vibe. Kaia Gerber can be seen wearing jeans and shirts form the new collection, as well as an oversized animal print blouse and a large fur coat.

Delivered in two installments, the Saint Laurent fall campaign also features 70-something fashion icon Betty Catroux, a long-standing muse of the French fashion house. It appears that Kaia Gerber will also front the luxury label's winter 2018 collection, alongside Hiandra Martinez, Jamie Bochert and Mica Argañaraz.

Kaia Gerber made her runway debut in September, starring in fashion shows for brands like Coach, Marc Jacobs, Burberry and more. Saint Laurent creative director Anthony Vaccarello also made her his muse for the spring/summer 2018 show, as well as the fall/winter 2018 show, which saw the Californian model walk the runway several times.
