The adidas Group announced on Thursday that it has signed a share purchase agreement to acquire Five Ten, a leading performance brand in outdoor action sports. The purchase price is valued at USD 25 million.
The American denim brand, which posted a revenue of 108.4 million dollars in the third quarter this year (ended on September 30), announced that it has granted Envols a distribution licence in China that extends to 2016.
