3.1 Phillip Lim to return to LA with new Arts District store

3.1 Phillip Lim is making its return to Los Angeles this month with a new store on 734 East 3rd Street in the Arts District.

The New York-based brand previously operated a Los Angeles retail location on N. Robertson Blvd that closed in 2016. Designed in collaboration with retail designer Kate McCullough and architecture firm MR Architecture + Decor, the 5,000-square-foot Arts District store sports a residential, gallery, and studio concept that Co-founder and CEO Wen Zhou says explores the meaning of experiential retail to the brand.

In addition to carrying the brand’s full women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, accessories and footwear collections, the new store also houses non-fashion items from brands Apparatus, Patrick Parrish Gallery, M. Crow, and Li Inc.

Just five months ago, 3.1 Phillip Lim opened its first store in Florida in Bal Harbour. The new store marked as the brand’s third US retail location and its 16th to open in total.

3.1 Phillip Lim currently operates stores in London, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Macau, Singapore, Bangkok and Taipei.
