Adore Me opens its largest store in New Jersey

Digital-first lingerie company Adore Me is set to open its first store outside of New York, announcing the debut of its largest store to date in the state of New Jersey. 

Scheduled to open on November 21, the first store to expand beyond the retailer's home state is located in New Jersey's Bridgewater Commons mall. Spread across 3,600 square feet, the store's highlight feature is its series of smart digitally enhanced fitting rooms, as well as other tech innovations which allow the company to collect and analyze data about shoppers in real time. The store's light pink walls are decorated with motivating quotes meant to boost the retailer's image as a champion of female empowerment. 

The store comes as part of a partnership between Adore Me and retail group Brookfield Properties, which opened another store with the lingerie retailer earlier this year in Staten Island. 

Through the partnership, the lingerie company also plans to open 300 stores within the next five years.

Based in New York City, Adore Me's manufacturing and corporate workforce is spread throughout the U.S. and Europe. Outside of its two brick-and-mortar locations, the lingerie retailer caters to its reported 11 million customers via its online and especially mobile platform, which accounts for 80 percent of its total traffic.
