Jacquemus to return to Paris in December

A very promising end of the year awaits the French brand Jacquemus, that continues to ride the wave of success, having made a name for itself through multiple projects. After the recent high-profile opening of its pop-up boutique on Avenue Montaigne in Paris, it is now announcing its return to the Parisian runway for a show, which once again has been scheduled off-calendar, to be held on December 12, in a location that has yet to be revealed.

Entitled Le Raphia, the collection for men and women, will be dedicated to spring-summer 2023. As usual, the news was announced on the brand's Instagram account, which now has over 5 million followers, and was confirmed to us by the house, without giving any more details "to keep some mystery".

The last two seasons for summer and winter 2022, Jacquemus showed in Hawaii, then in the Camargue and in the salt flats of Salin-de-Giraud. Whereas for winter 2021-22, the label opted for a film. Its last Paris show was in July 2020, when the brand took its guests to the countryside to a wheat field in Val-d'Oise to present its men's and women's collection for spring-summer 2021.

Beyond the new show, the brand has also announced a series of other projects, again, without revealing too much. On November 30, it will launch a new collaboration, this time in the home linen category, with the Danish brand Tekla. December 5 will mark the launch of a new sneakers model in collaboration with Nike, more specifically the Humara model in pink. While on December 13, Jacquemus will launch a brand new bag model called Le bisou. Finally, last but not least, the brand led by Simon Porte Jacquemus has mentioned a Christmas surprise... Without giving anything away.
