Mr Porter launches capsule collection with five renowned Japanese brands

The global online retail destination for menswear has announced the launch of a series of exclusive collections designed in collaboration with five renowned Japanese labels: Beams Plus, Beams T, Neighborhood, Remi Relief and Blackmeans.

Preppy, punk or faded, each of the collections has a different aesthetic and technique.

Mr Porter.com is currently already home to more than 15 Japanese designers and brands. The site is thus continuing its expansion of this category with this selection and will continue to do so throughout the coming seasons.

"Japanese brands resonate well with our global customer base and these capsule collections are the perfect way to celebrate brands that we have worked with since SS13 as well as introducing new brands for FW15," said Daniel Todd, a buyer for Mr Porter.com.

The online retailer is no stranger to exclusive collections, and with major names at that, in the past having released capsules with Alexander Wang, Richard James and, just this past December, Thom Browne.

The Japanese collections are now available for purchase online.
