Puma collaborates with Tabitha Simmons

Puma and British footwear designer Tabitha Simmons have joined forces on a sportswear collection that includes two sneaker styles, a backpack and a tracksuit. All pieces feature a floral print, making a reference to the British roots of the New York-based designer.

Puma x Tabitha Simmons - Puma

“I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to partner with such an iconic brand like Puma for my first venture into the sportswear and athleisure market. Together, we married Puma’s sporty aesthetic with my signature, feminine florals to create a collection of shoes, bags and a stylish tracksuit for all women on the go,” said founder and creative director Tabitha Simmons.

As part of the collaboration, Puma and Simmons reinvented two styles from the sportswear manufacturer. The Cell Stellar and the Ralph Sampson come in soft sand tones, as well as black with the all-over floral print that runs throughout the collection.

Completing the range are a backpack, a nylon jacket and black tracksuit bottoms decorated with a floral panel. The tracksuit top is reversible and features a black design on one side and a floral print on the other.

“We’re excited to introduce our partnership with Tabitha Simmons, an incredible creative with an extremely diverse set of talents. For our first collaboration, we’ve blended Puma’s iconic sport-inspired silhouettes with Tabitha’s well-known custom florals resulting in disruptive new executions with a feminine touch,” said Adam Petrick, global director of brand and marketing at Puma.

The Puma x Tabitha Simmons collection launches online, in stores and via select retailers on 1 February. It will make its debut via Drest, the world’s first interactive styling game.
