RetailMeNot appoints J. Scott Di Valerio as Chief Financial Officer

RetailMeNot, Inc., a marketplace platform that helps retailers and brands connect with millions of active shoppers, on Monday announced the appointment of J. Scott Di Valerio as Chief Financial Officer, effective December 29, 2015. Scott replaces interim CFO Lou Agnese who has been appointed as the company’s Senior Vice President, Administration.

Scott possesses over 25 years of management, operations and finance experience. He most recently served at Outerwall where he held the position as Chief Financial Officer and most recently Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Outerwall, he served as President of the Americas for the Lenovo Group and held positions at Microsoft and Walt Disney.

RetailMeNot, whose 70,000 retail partners include, Sephora, Puma, Walgreens and Ashley Stewart, is the world’s largest marketplace for digital offers. Online shoppers head to RetailMeNot and its nine other global websites to retrieve coupon codes for deals on purchases. During the 12 months ended on September 30, 2015, the company received 730 million visits to its websites.
